Within the scope of its activity, the Foundation may collect the following personal data: full name, email address, phone number, mailing address (for donations), navigation data (cookies, IP address, visited pages), and information submitted via contact or donation forms.

The collected data is used to: process and respond to contact requests, manage donations and issue tax receipts, send the newsletter (only with explicit consent), improve user experience and site navigation, and establish anonymous traffic statistics.

Data processing is based on: user consent (newsletter, contact form), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (donation management), the Foundation's legitimate interest (traffic statistics), and legal obligations (retention of donation records).

5. Data Recipients
Personal data is strictly reserved for the Pink Tarbouche Foundation. It is neither sold, rented, nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Access to data may be granted to: the President-Founder, the online payment provider (HelloAsso / Stripe) exclusively for processing donations, the accounting firm mandated for financial management, and the website host (Wix.com Ltd.) within its technical obligations.

6. Retention Period
Contact data is kept for 3 years from the last interaction. Donation data is kept for 10 years in accordance with tax and accounting obligations. Navigation data (cookies) is kept for a maximum of 13 months. Newsletter data is kept until unsubscription.
