Actuary and entrepreneur, Lionel Cohen is Secretary General and Director of Institutional Relations for the Pink Tarbouche Foundation. With over ten years of experience in actuarial strategy consulting and risk analysis, he helps structure strategic partnerships. His mission: to strengthen the Foundation’s institutional presence.
